room non-smoking holiday apartment, with a size of
comfortable 37 m², is dwelling in a new housing
development.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a 4 storied (ground floor to
3rd
floor) apartment building, which was built in the sixties.
There is an elevator in the building.
Parts of the apartment are a small hallway with a large built-in
closet, a modern and well equipped kitchen,
incl. a large refrigerator, a deep freezer, a ceran-stove top, an
electric range, a mircowave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and much
more, as well as a tiled modern bathroom with a
shower.
The heart of this apartment is the spacious living room.
With its large windows it provides a well lit and friendly atmosphere.
The floor is covered with a high-quality laminate.
Naturally a colour television set (cable-TV), a DVD-player,
a CD-player/radio and a clock radio are provided.
Besides a double bed, a sleeper sofa can accommodate another two guests.
Therefore this apartment is ideal for two people.
But altogether it can comfortably accommodate up to four
guests.
In addition there is a balcony facing south.
Brought bicycles can be stored in the basement
The apartment building is dwelling in a nice area.
In a close
vicinity among other things you will find …
Busses, over ground train and subway stations, bakeries and retail
stores, one of the largest shopping streets of Berlin, a
variety
of cultural and culinary offers, two movie theatres, one of them a
large capacity theatre.
The holiday apartment can be easily reached by national highway no. 1
and a direct highway ('Autobahn') exit.

Final
cleaning
The fee for the final cleaning is 25.- EUR.
Payment
A down payment of 20 % of the grand total is to be transferred to the
account of the landlord. The remaining amount is to be paid at check-in
time in cash.
 Foreign guests can also pay
with credit card! Simply use the Paypal-onlinepayment-system (plus 4% of amount)!
 Pets
Where necessary pets may be brought along. However, we charge an additional
fee of 4.- EUR a day.
 Discounts
Members of the police force are eligible
for special rebates. Please ask for details.
